LAPORAN MAGANG PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RUSUN TYPE 57 8 LT 58 KK DAN PRASARANA MABESAD (SBSN TA 2023)

The Construction Project of Type 57 8-storey Apartment Building with 58 Units
and MABESAD Infrastructure (SBSN TA 2023) is a facility built for the Indonesian
National Army. This project consists of two buildings with different functions. The
first building consists of 8 floors and a rooftop, which is utilized as an apartment
building. Meanwhile, the other building consists of 3 floors and functions as a
facility for the Indonesian Army. This project is owned by MABES TNI AD and built
using the State Budget of Indonesia for the year 2023 (APBN 2023). In its
implementation, this project is carried out by PT. Permata Anugerah Yalapersada
as a contractor and The Army Engineering Center (PUSZIAD) as a consultant
consultant. This project is attractive for students to do internships. The internship
aims to provide knowledge, implement the theory, and work experience. In addition,
the internship is also conducted to directly analyze specific reviews. These specific
reviews include structural work such as columns, beams, and floor slabs as well as
architectural work such as Autoclaved Concrete installation. Besides analyzing
specific reviews, students also directly learn about the issues that arise during the
project implementation and solutions to address these issues.
